Sale & Refund Policy

This Sales & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through www.amaebeauty.in (“Website”), operated by SiaBella Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., the legal entity behind the brand Amaé Beauty (“Amaé”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Orders

Once payment is successfully completed (for prepaid orders) or confirmed (for COD orders), you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

All orders are subject to product availability and serviceability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded in accordance with this Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We accept return requests only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns will be eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Amaé Beauty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at wecare@amaebeauty.in with:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect product).
  • If free shipping was applied to the original order, its equivalent value may be deducted from the issued store credit.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  • Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Store credit validity will be communicated at the time of issuance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Customized or limited-edition products

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To request cancellation, please email us at wecare@amaebeauty.in with your order details at the earliest.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy (if applicable).

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Amaé Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or verification issues.
