Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need help, please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order—we’ll do our best to assist.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • It is in its original packaging
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Approved returns are eligible for store credit.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–8 business days
